There are days in radio that feel like every other—music, talk, laughter, and then there are days that truly stand out.
Thursday, 11 July 2024, was one of those moments, when something from the eternal pierced through the ordinary. That afternoon, I had the deep honour of welcoming Apostle Natasha Grbich onto The Afternoon Drive. What happened next is difficult to describe, but impossible to forget.
From the moment she opened her mouth, something landed. It wasn’t just words—it was weight. Authority. Purity. Fire. The atmosphere over Klerksdorp shifted. It felt like the KOSH region came under a blanket of holy conviction and invitation.
I’ve spoken about repentance on the show before—many times. I’ve even read from Apostle Natasha’s book, Repentance: Cleansing Your Generational Bloodline, and shared pieces of its depth with our listeners. But when she herself came to deliver the message, it carried a different kind of weight. It wasn’t just teaching anymore. It was impartation. It felt as if the message had suddenly walked into the room clothed in fire.
Before the show even began, I received a WhatsApp message from one of our listeners, Bianca Victory, that stopped me in my tracks. She wrote:
“Ah great, her teachings are intense, but so worth it! It was one of her teachings on tattoos that made me make probably the biggest change of my life, walking away and laying down my career of permanent makeup. Best decision ever!”
She had seen the flyer advertising the show and as I sat with that message I already began to realise that lives would be shifting that afternoon as REAL repentance is happening. Bianca’s testimony was a firstfruit of what was about to pour through the airwaves.
When Apostle Natasha spoke about repentance, it wasn’t a lecture. It was a summons. A call to return. A call to realign. She brought truth with surgical precision—truth that doesn’t entertain but transforms.
And then the numbers came in: 56,000.
That’s how many people were tuned in. For the first time in Life FM’s history, our listenership hit a record high during a live broadcast. But beyond the numbers, I knew something much deeper had broken open. Something eternal was sown into the soil of our city.
We are a truly privileged people. To sit under the kind of teaching that Apostle Natasha brings is not common. It’s not comfortable. But it’s holy. And I’m learning that repentance is not punishment—it’s a true gift. An invitation to cleanse our lives, our bloodlines, our regions. A cry from heaven saying, “Come home. Let Me restore.”
That Thursday afternoon, I didn’t just host a guest, I also witnessed a divine visitation. I believe with all my heart that the KOSH area will never be the same. Something has been set in motion. Something has shifted in the spirit.
To every listener who leaned in that day: thank you. To Apostle Natasha: thank you for releasing truth without apology, and for carrying the kind of weight that shakes cities awake.
The message was clear. The call was sounded. And now—we must respond and continue to respond.
May we truly allow fruit of repentance grow in us, in our homes, in our land because the work has only just begun.
