The House of Ariel Gate will be hosting Pastor Timothy Carscadden, Wednesday, 5 September 2018 at 18:30 to 19:30, in Muldersdrift, Johannesburg. Pastor Timothy will be giving a short informative presentation on AIPAC and his involvement with the organisation. The meeting will interest both Jew and Gentile who would like to understand what AIPAC (American Israel Public Affairs Committee) is all about from the viewpoint of an American member and also the viewpoint of a Christian pastor. South Africans can learn from the American political experience as a way to support Israel.
Our speaker for the evening, Timothy Carscadden ,is the Senior Pastor of Christian Center of Shreveport in Louisiana. A Pro-Israel advocate, Timothy is a member of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) National Council and has been lobbying the United States Congress for over 7 years for the American/Israeli relationship.
He and his wife Susan lead annual tours to Israel to educate Christians on the importance of standing with Israel and the Jewish people. Trained at Yad Vashem in Jerusalem, he also speaks to Christian and Jewish audiences all around the world on the roots of anti-Semitism within the Christian community and the need to build bridges between both communities.
He serves on many panels each year at annual AIPAC Policy Conference in Washington, DC and is on his local Holocaust Memorial Service planning committee in Shreveport, Louisiana. He also serves on numerous ministry boards and non-profit organizations and is a Conference speaker to various ministries and audiences world-wide.
